Shipping Delivery

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two shipping options:

Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–16 business days

Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

Shipping carriers are selected automatically based on your location and the fastest available service. Deliveries may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or OnTrac.

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor your shipment and see which carrier is delivering your package.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders require 3–5 business days for processing before they are dispatched.

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

For example:
An order shipped via Economy Shipping may take approximately 10–21 business days from the time the order is placed to final delivery.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or shipping time estimates.

Shipping Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or peak seasonal demand.

If your package appears to be delayed, please reach out to our support team at service@myhealthwear.com and we will gladly assist you in checking the shipment status.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled and refunded in full.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, certain orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
