It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives incomplete, please contact our Customer Service team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, changes can no longer be made. If it has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to assist you with the update.
