Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped, and a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Return Processing
Once we receive your returned package, it will typically be inspected and processed within 3–5 business days.
If you shipped your return using a tracked courier service, we recommend monitoring the tracking status to confirm delivery before contacting customer support.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If the return is requested due to customer preference (for example: wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged items or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
